Adlite will accept returns under the following conditions :
Velux Products
- The return is within 14 days of delivery from the date of delivery.
- The goods are unopened in their original condition.
- There is a restocking fee of $150 per order.
- if wrong windows are shipped from the warehouse there are no charges.
- Refund on Velux less $150 restocking fee.
(items must be shipped back to velux at customers expense .so please check before placing order)
DO NOT OPEN BOXES UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT ITEMS ( VELUX WILL NOT ACCEPT OPEN BOXES!!)
